Customers who are consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance (online) contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the ordered goods, without having to give a reason and without incurring additional costs, except for the cost of returning the goods.
To exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us of your decision in the form of an unequivocal statement (e.g., email or letter). After submitting such a statement, you have another 14 days to return the goods.
Please return the goods in an unchanged condition, taking into account the possibility of familiarizing yourself with the product — as in a brick-and-mortar store. The store cannot make the right to withdraw from the contract conditional on the return of the goods in their original packaging, although we recommend keeping it for the safety of the return.
